Is the past more than a long lost memory?

About the show:

Remembering isn’t that easy.

Sure, everyone’s got a collection of photos, journal entries and a few strong feelings of nostalgia but we’re all still drawing blanks. Could there be a proven method to recall the past, one that’s more reliable and brings what’s blurry and undefined a bit closer? Where do we then store them, our memories – the ones that make us feel alive, the ones that hurt, and the ones that make us laugh? And once we have them bundled together, what’s the best way to revisit them?

Join Steven as he explores these questions and remembers (as best as he can) times in his life of both joy and pain, trying to (re)discover what actually truly happened.
