Raffi Feghali (Halim) is a theater maker, peacebuilding consultant, and trainer working mostly in Europe, USA, and the Middle East while being based between Amsterdam and Beirut.
He draws on the meeting point of improvisational theater (improv) and storytelling (especially that rooted in the “hakawati” tradition) in order to inspire his performing, writing, directing/devising, radio dramas, sound design, and music making. He is a member of the Lincoln Theater Center Directors Lab 2018.
Jugal Bhinde (Saeed) is a storyteller with a background in journalism and human rights. Before moving to The Netherlands, Jugal worked as a conflict reporter in Kashmir, Jordan, and the West Bank. He believes there are several stories about people that get lost in mainstream media, and rather than listening to people in positions of power, it is the subjugated, discriminated against, and victims of violence who deserve a platform before anyone else. Jugal aims to bring these stories on stage, and act as a vessel for the voiceless.
Emanuele Pellegrini (Kareem) is an Italian pianist, composer, and improviser based in Amsterdam. After studying jazz piano and composition for film at the Conservatory of Amsterdam, He’s been working to blend these worlds to create instant film music through an improvisational approach. Over the past decade, Emanuele has performed at major venues across Amsterdam and contributed to numerous film projects. With a passion for connecting music and storytelling, He continues to push the boundaries of live composition and cinematic soundscapes.
Stephen Kearin began his career in 1987 with Bay Area Theatresports in San Francisco. He was a founding member of True Fiction Magazine and was a founder of San Francisco’s esteemed improvisational trio, 3 FOR ALL, for 27 years. Stephen is currently a member of the critically-acclaimed improv ensemble Impro Theatre in Los Angeles. Stephen is the co-creator of “Simlish” and was the principal male voice of The Sims, Sims 2 and Sims Medieval. Stephen portrays the role of Sergeant Geller on Amazon Prime’s hit show, WAYNE and appears in season 3 of The Mandalorian.
